We try to ensure that all of the items shown on the website are accurately represented however slight variations may occur. Prices of all items are inclusive of VAT. We are not liable for vat and are not registered. We cannot therefore issue VAT receipts for goods ordered from the website.
We aim to process all orders promptly, should there be a problem with the dispatch of your order we will inform you as soon as we can. We endeavour to despatch the goods to you in perfect condition. However we recognise that goods can be damaged in transit. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via the contact form on our website or email. We may ask you to return the goods to us for inspection. We endeavour to resolve any complaints promptly.
We will not pass any details you provide to us to any third party unless legally obliged to by UK Government authorities.
